Our Security Services Story

For several years, Steve van Zwieten, had a dream of building a Security Service that would be the international benchmark in the industry.

During his time at Panthers, Steve had seen the evolution in the industry from the era of ‘bouncers’ to that of ‘security professionals’. He recognised this as a positive move but knew that the time was ripe to lead the move to the next stage.

He conceived of the era of ‘customer-oriented security services ’ which would play a positive role in enhancing customer relations while simultaneously providing protection for people, buildings and equipment.

Steve also dreamed of providing the best mentoring and training for seucirty operatives so that they could reach their potential as part of a team continually striving for higher levels and developing their own leadership and management skills.

He understood that even the best personnel are only as good as the overall system in which they operate. So, he envisioned that these new security operatives would be complemented by a quality electronic security system which would add up to one thing – the best overall security system which actually added to the bottom line.
